The 2012 Hungarian National Championship took place in Budapest on the carpet track. I received my new T4 just night before the race and built it up alll night, in order to get it ready for the race.
At the time of the first controlled practise my T4 was still not ready, so I ran with my old T3 2011. Fortunately, after the first practise I had enough time to complete the build and in the second run I made an easy win with 1 lap ahead the rest of the drivers and new track record, 0.6sec faster than the old one. For the rest of qualification runs I improved my lap time with each lap ran and TQ the race.
In the finals I ran the basic carpet set up and won the first two legs leading from start to finish. The car performed great with no traction rolling and perfect stability.
